Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your data from the Bold Culture platform at any time, including advertising data received from Meta.

How to request deletion

• Send an email to contact@cms-jmp.site with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
• We will confirm your request and delete your account information, stored access tokens and advertising data received from connected platforms, including Meta, within 30 days.

Remove access via Facebook

You can also revoke our access at any time: open Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (Apps and Websites), find our app and click Remove. After removal we no longer receive your Meta data, and you may request deletion of previously stored data as described above.
