• maintaining appropriate authorization to access connected advertising assets;
• keeping account credentials secure;

Users are also responsible for complying with the applicable terms and policies of connected third-party platforms.

5. Advertising Data

Advertising data obtained through authorized integrations is used to provide reporting, analytics and campaign management services to the applicable client.

Each client may access only advertising information associated with accounts and assets they are authorized to use.

6. Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Certain functionality may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party service changes, API limitations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bold Culture will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from the actions, availability or policies of third-party advertising platforms.
